Paid not reconnect

So I gave them my account so they can debit every month so this month they didn't debit so I phoned the customer care line they told me to pay and they gave me a Bank account then I paid then money was didacted but my services where not connected so I used the WhatsApp number they gave me so I talked who ever but they still told me I didn't pay so now I'm confused because my money was taken on my account please help
