Paid my Dstv account twice by mistake

I paid my Dstv account of R504 twice by mistake on Saturday the other payment i made at Pep store and the other payment was debited later (R504)on Saturday i called the consultant said she 'll escalate it to financial department to reverse it and said they will call me I've been waiting and waiting no one called..i want my money
