Paid for weather error, waste service

I have a primary and secondary view and primary view it has been giving an error for more than a week, I tried their WhatsApp option which kept on saying I must restart it’s cleared but still gives the weather error, I tried calling I would hold for hours for contact centre no answer then I tried Facebook then it referred me back to their robotic WhatsApp, I am frustrated cause we paid for something that we can’t even watch and no help at all
