Paid for services that is poorly rendered

I paid for ditch that I cannot watch daily,im expected to call dstv to switch on my ditch every time they switch it off due to the router that they declared my place has no coverage, since march the router has not been working I was told someone will pick it up,everytime I phone it's different stories,
