Paid for services, cant access Horrible consultants

I registered for DSTV Stream services on Saturday the 6th of September, i have not be able to use the services, when i try cancel i am being told they cant locate my ID number. i requested a refund and i am being chased from pillar to post. a ticket for the streaming error was logged with *** and up to date no response, the request to refund also has ***. horrible service consultant Nosipho Soxynjwa as well. nothing works i just need my money back
