Paid for services but got no service

DSTV is useless and worthless, they have taken R1300 from my account as my normal debit orders go through but they have disconnected me even though I have paid, and it took the the whole day yesterday to re activate it and today they disconnected it again. And nobody can help me with this, honestly I feel like DSTV should be shut down for their lack of service. As a consumer I'm outraged because I'm paying over R1000 but for what? I can't even access the channels I've paid for and I've phoned them but they didn't help until 5pm in the evening and today they did the same thing and nobody is helping me. I would seriously suggest them to either be shut down, offer their services cheaper or for what it's worth, or hire people whom are capable to do the job. I had also spoken to atleast 10 people and non of them got it right, they should retrench the people that are not needed because this is outrageous.
