Paid for service that i cannot access

I cannot access My DSTV app due to a technical error on Multichoice side. I have just spent over R600 trying to reconnect the service and still unable to access / log in to My DSTV. I was on the phone with DSTV live chat for over 1 hour and still cannot access the stream i have paid for
