Paid for no Movie

I rented a Movie 10 Nov, paid and got a sms saying successful, only I can not play the movie on my side, after 7 phone calls to resolve, two text messages that is unanswered on whats app. and a ****y person on the Facebook site who does not understand basic English, I figure that my money is ****** as i paid for a product and did not not get my movie, when i ask for them to refund my Money, they simply say "NO" SADLY i had to rate dstv One Star as Hello peter does not allow no start, your service is shocking and i will find alternative to watching Movies without DSTV. *******ion in this country is really getting out of hand..
