Paid for Movie but didn't receive Access

On Friday Evening I rented a movie through box office. I received the sms confirming that I sucessfully rented the movie but the access was never made available by box office to view the movie.
Today being Monday I contacted box-office to advise them of the situation and to inquire if I could receive access to the movie.
Instead I received a very condescending agent basically telling me that DSTV is available 7 days a week and I should have phoned the Saturday already. Point is, I could only call today. To add to this, I will not receive the access to the movie I paid for and also no refund. the cost of the movie is not material but its the principle of the matter not to mention the attitude of the lady I dealt with. When you spend close to R11,000.00 a year for DSTV and you call in to dispute a R30 charge, you would expect better service and understanding. No more box office for me thanks.

Hello Farrelljones,

We apologise for the delayed response Farrell. BoxOffice movies can be viewed within 48 hours after having rented the movie, it is for this reason that all BoxOffice related queries have to be addressed within the 48 hours period.

This is what the lady in the contact centre was referring to.
