Paid for compact live stream but no channels when I stream

Paid over R800 no live streaming no channels Spend over R200 in airtime spoke to Consultant for almost 40 minutes put on hold numerous times and still no live stream The consultant is hopeless she can't help me promised someone will call me Obviously no one called me

Spoke to Khanye tonight he referred my case to ***

When I send them a email just to find out the deal with dstv insurance cases

Now I am struggling to get my money back from them
