Paid DSTV account blocked

I am Nhlanhla Ngcobo with DSTV Ref ***9. I paid my account R1548.00 and mistakenly used wrong Ref number ***3 which is for TGH Nene inactive account on the 8th of February 2024. I sent and email to ***, asking them to transfer the paid amount R1 548 from Ref ***3 to ***. I have made several calls which will last about 30min almost everyday (Call Ref no. ***9-i98) to DSTV Contact center *** asking them to transfer the money and call center agents will all tell me that the matter has been escalated, open the DSTV and the following day boom! DSTV is blocked again. Till today the 16th of February this account is still blocked. I am really frustrated and I do not know what to do. Can someone please intervene and assist me regarding this matter.
