Paid,can i be connected now

I paid my Dstv late.i had paid in advance and had no idea that the funds I had paid had been used up.I normally get a statement on the phone or a reminder to pay a certain amount and I didn't get it this time.i have since paid the amount,including the disconnection fee but I am still disconnected.Calling the call centre is a waste of time as you get to hold for donkey years.
