Paid but still disconnected..

I'm having a huge problem with my acc. Smart card number - A*** ACC Vuyo Hla Contacts : ***

I paid my account but I'm being taken from one point to another, my connection has been disconnected even if I paid. I called more than 3 times, I'm getting no help.. Been given reference but still no help. I am tired honestly... I'm not owing but sitting with no TV.
