Paid but keep getting disconnected its now twice in 1 month

The nonsense at dstv multichoice never ends..last week they disconnected my package and after many hours an the calls with them they sorted it out and today we back to square one again...I'm beyond fed up with them now...now its gone from every month me calling to every week...with their rude staff ****** useless thing..honestly looking at getting something else
