Paid but disconnected why?

I owed multichoice since last month, then on the 15 of august i paid R949 which was the outstanding balance i was told im supposed to pay including reconnection fee. On the 27 august the service was disconnected and i was told to only pay R50 for the reconnection fee but still nothing happed when i visited the jabulani branch in soweto i was told i owe R507 which they could not explain why. I have paid my full suscription amout i dont understand this horrible service from multichoice. I payed for the month and if the money I had paid was not enough the service would not have been reconnected in the first place!!! This is day light ******* they don't do their debits on time and when you go to pay they punish you for that.
