PAID, BUT CHANNELS BLOCKED😭

Im writing here with no energy to, im so disappointed and tired of this now. If it wasn't for my mom and my kids, wasn't gonna bother. This really shows that MULTICHOICE care less about their loyal customer. For more than a decate my parents has been your customer but y'all dont give adamn about that. Why did you lose the channels, i mean an old lady paid the montly installment last week Friday, then boom this morning only channel 100,other channels are blocked. Why. Tell me why. Can someone please open the channels because what you are doing now is misusing your powers. We don't owe you any money. Since you refused to upgrade her subscription, the least you could do is to allow her to remain on the existing subscription in peace. I really come in peace and BEGGING for your mercy. She paid. I know you truly dont care, but we paid for the services that you denying us.
