Paid account &still showing arrears
my decoder is currently off right now and I fail to understand why it's in arrears when I paid my dstv acc of R750 on 3/10/2015. why is my acc in arrears when my dstv was switched off? its not like it was on and I was watching for free, I remember not paying it 1 month and when I paid my acc the following month multi choice switched it back on and I didn't have to pay any arrears for the time it was off. I am fed up with multi choice and every time when I phone I hear 10 different stories. For the time that my account that I didn't pay my installment for 3 months my decoder was switched off so why am I in arrears and why must I pay it?what is the arrears for, for watching no dstv? I feel like cancelling this whole damn thing
