Paid 2 months ago and still no feedback

DSTV took my money, and to date have not granted me access to the Streaming package that I have paid for. They have so many levels of hierarchy, that every call I have made was in vain to only hear that they are escalating my query to a higher level.

I am very disappointed and don't trust DSTV any longer.

I have proof from my bank that they have received their payment, but Still NO DSTV FOR ME. They always promised to call me, and they have never done so. I want my money back.

I had paid on the 13th of June 2022. To this date i have not received one email or phone call updating me about the subscription. I just want a refund and never want to deal with dstv again
