Packages on DSTV on 25 July 2015 Customer ***1

On 25 July 2015 i call DSTV people and was on the DSTV easy View then i want to upgrade to DSTV Extra then they just put me on Premium while i did not ask for this packages and i want to upgrade the Decoder recording functions and they strucle with it and put me on a package i did not ask now they want me to pay another R310 for the full premium while they deduct by Debit order R466, everytime i call they did not do the call retreival and now it is 3 weeks and when i call they want to listen to the calls and used all my airtime upp and no results, they send an email to Luyanda on 13 August'15 she is the one who must call me back. They never done the call retreivals to listen what package did i ask for so they can fix this now i cannot record or use any PVR functions they want me to pay R310 and then they do not have to fix anything i am sick and tired of calling them and they did not do anything, I want this fixed. they must listen when we call to upgrade, they also make a note on the system i must not pay any amount further until it is sorted but i must phone and phone and nothing happend it's like they start the process all over.
