Package upgraded without my Consent

DStv, you have upgraded my package without my consent. Your Twitter administrators are useless, after 2 days of me querying them, they tell me what I told them and instead now sell me insurance!!! My account was not debited last month fro my agreed package and no debit order went off this month. Instead, I see that you have a debit order setup for June, which is not the package I agreed with you.

No one is willing to assist, it's really frustrating trying to get any form of proper responses from your staff!!!

I don't want insurance for my decoder, I just want the correct package to reflect on my profile and the correct amount debited from my account. His difficult can this really be?!?
