Package upgraded without my consent!
So Multichoice decides to debit my account for full package this month. When I enquired who upgraded my account and when, I was told the system did it automatically. How ethical is that? I need answers please. I need the funds to be reversed asap. Ensure that you guys debit me with the correct amount. Acc ***5

02 Jul 2022, 21:33Keep on annoying me I was never refunded and I received an sms that you were unable to collect my debit order for the 2nd time. Already looking for an alternative like everyone else. Will pay you what's due to you but not full package. ******!!
