Package upgraded without my consent

DSTV is a ****, I paid my normal subscription on the 21/04/2025 R481, to my surprise my package was upgraded to premium without my consent. This is a really a bad way of running a business, especially if you would like to keep more clients. I don’t want premium subscription even for a day, can you please stop automatically upgrading accounts without us agreeing to that.
