Package not completed

Very terrible service. My channels are blocked for no reasons, shows that are not part of my package SINCE WHEN??? your sms line is not working, your call center agent say they cannot help the system has been down for 3 days. WHY HAVING AGENT IF YOU CANNOT RESOLVED OUR PROBLEMS? IF YOU CAN NOT HANDLE THIS BUSINESS GIVE TO US AND STOP MILKING OUR MONEY
