Package downgrade.
What a pathetic service you giving me while trying by all means to rob me you call center is full of clueless people that are so brave to tell me that they are only the agent they don't work for multichoice. I didn't sign any contract with multichoice so that means I can upgrade or downgrade my package as I want so they don't have to be so spiteful and mess it up.shame on you .you all bunch of ******.
