package downgrade

I was at your offices today and the consultant said we cant downgrade because the 26 des passed already. The 26 was a holiday SO HOW COULD I HAVE CHANGED IN ON THAT DAY. DID I HAVE TO BRAKE OPEN THE STORE??? I NEED TO CHANGE THIS PACKAGE
