Package change without consent
i have never been so disappointed in my life by Multichoice, 1st of all I remained so loyal to them... This morning I woke up to suspended services but I am up to date with payments, called the call centre 4times and got no help and they seem clueless too , some idiot messed up my profile and changed my package from compact plus to easy view without my consent, I am really ****ed and nobody seems to be sort it out, I am escalating this complaint further,

Kindly note that as per our telephone conversation today, the system reflected that your DStv Compact Plus was mistakenly removed and DStv Easyview was activated.
We both managed to activate the DStv Compact Plus with the HDPVR functions and linked your extraview. We also managed to make sure that the other decoder at the different environment is active on DStv Easyview.
Please also note that on this day the 10 May 2020, your billing or amount to be debited on the 20 May 2020 reflected as R1050.72. This might change due to the movies to be rented prior to the debit order date.
I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
