Dstv you could swear that they are ******** I took dstv ultra then I asked them since I can see netflix channel and showmax on my tv does this mean if I change my decoder it will work they said yes I then asked on my channels they said correct okay what will the cost be R649 including your package good then access fees etc, they said you do not have any, on your next billing date you will just pay that R649 as you do not owe anything then I said if I owed you guys my current viewing would be off knowing how multichoice operate. then i got the decoder netflix and showing are not showing on my channels i now need to pay separate fees i only signed in for netflix because it was R100 extra imagine and that was the major reason why i took this decoder so i can't watch showmax anymore because it would mean if i want to sign up i have to pay maybe a R100 more again ? to think that was all. I got this message R 173.87 DStv Compact Plus+R 33.87 for Access fee, so it adds with the amount to be debited of R 539.00 DStv Compact Plus + R 105.00 Access fee + R 12.07 overdue. R173.87 why the hell did i pay the full amount and dstv was active again, I am not sure why is dstv treating its customers like this or is it because they have enough and careless if you are with them or not. when i get my smart tvs i will definitely cancel dstv and get netflix directly this is bull****
