Overpayment....refund requestec

On the 1st of April, my husband accidently EFT'd Multichoice R9154.00 for our subscription, instead if R954.00 Despite phoning, emailing and going through to the Rsndburg offices twice with all the statements and proof they needed, and promises that it will be done, there is still no refund. We desperately needed that money to live on and have had to borrow from family to get through. I pay my subscription faithfully every month. This was an honest mistake and I cannot believe that a big company like Multichoice, cannot refund its customer in such circumstances.
