OVERPAYMENT TAKES 40 DAYS TO REPAY

Hi There<br> <br> I accidentally made my bond payment on my multi choice account, and there normal payment, I then called in and informed them, they told me they can see it, and I must send them a letter with my bank statement, and proof of payments, (All though they could see it). I then did this, and a whole 4 days later they send me an email and now they want a bank statement, stamped, and proof of payment, and my ID. (They could see the payment but still request the documents again, not that this is enough, they even say the refund process takes 40 days.. Now my house stands the risk that they take legal action against me
