Overpayment refund
Ok the 2nd of jan I did an overpayment and same day logged on the chat site since I could not do reversal at the bank.on the 4th was told it will be 7 days and on monday did it again was told 48hrs ,yesterday I enquired and got no feedback. Today it was logged again. So this will be 48 working hrs.
