Overpayment refund

This is the second time am complaining about multichoice. They seem to not care that i have no money to buy my child school books because they have my money. After my last review a Sandile Mathontsi called and told me that my money will refunded in 48hrs,that was on tuesday the 18th .I have waited so many 48hrs and still no refund. Then next payment date is nearing and those ******* will dare deduct from my child's money. And now was told it's was processed by Xolani Makamu and Theodora Gxowa tells me 3 to 5 working days . If Xolani Tokota had done his job on the 10th January as he had promised this would have been long sorted .Sibusiso Zwane also told me 48hrs after waited on the 4th Jan. How long must one wait ,or thisbisbjus a plot so that i will tire and forget about my money. Never in my life have i dealt with such incompetence.
