Overdue refund

Been awaiting a refund from Multichoice 2 WEEKS ago, I sent the proof of payment they requested and according to Edward Nhlapo the finance department rejected the request on a basis that a bank statement should be provide which they never requested from me. Last night I sent him an email demanding the refund but he still has not responded. I want my money back from Multichoice
