Overcharging(Over Billing) for DSTV Techinal Service

In 2014 or 2015 I asked the domestic employee, called Violet, that still works at my house, if her son can come and fix my DSTV. Her son and another came and fixed it, but they overcharged(over billed) me with a invoice of more than R8000.00 which I did pay them. It is a job that was suppose to cost actually only about R700.00.

Violet is based in Hammanskraal and her son(DSTV Technician) may be based also in Hammanskraal or in the northern region of Pretoria.

Name of Installer: Son of Violet Mthembu
Accreditation number of the Installer: Please ask Violet's son.
Contact Number of the Installer: This is Violet's number: *** and if she says that this is not the number of a person called Violet then she might be lying. Please contact Violet and then she should provide you the contact details of the installer which is her son.
Invoice of R 8000.00: To get the invoice I would need to pay about R1300.00 at Absa for my financial statements to trace the date and the account number for whom I EFT'ed the amount too. I don't have her sons' invoice no more with me, but they should have it somewhere with them.
