Overcharging unexplained fees

They suspend my services even if I paid and expect me to pay reconnection fee, I'm being told my account is overdue without a breakdown as to why, I've been using this account for years and first time I'm hearing of overdue payments, statements don't give clear explanations when u call u don't get a clear answer and agents drops call on your ear
