Overcharging the Customers

Hi DStv Hello Peter Team I'm still waiting for a response a month after this issue. I'm corncened why you would charge me R573.82 for March 2020, when your Comapct Plus package is R529.00 once again? Besides what happen to the days when my service was dis****ected and I had no DSTV service and stillhad to pay you penelaty charges for reconnection charges? How can you charge me for days when I had totally no service, shoul'nt your billing system deduct the days when I had no service? Aren't you busy robbing the poor consumers in this South Africa, I have means top comaplain, what happen to the rest of us that don't have the means to make you aware of you *****ing from the poor. Really I think this need to be bropught under the South African Obudsman that deal with your business, this is totally unacceptable and bad and sad business practices. On this note I was suppose to Pay you R529.00 + R95.00 PVR = R624.00 however to avoid what happen last month when I had to pay you over R800 for a Compact Plus package, I will rahter pay you the overcahrge amount which is R573.82 + R95. PVR = R668.82. to avoid any abuse from DSTV. However I want someone to take your billing issues to the highest court in South Africa, where the court will decide that you need to refund us for all this years when you were charging us for service, while you disconneted our service. *******.
