Overcharging me on the price lock plan - VERY IRATE

I am terribly disappointed in Multichoice and their horrible customer service!!

I am on their price lock plan which is R749 per month. Since the beginning of September they have been debiting me R899. I have since spoken to several different agents, multiple managers and I even went into the Multiochoice store in N1 City and still nobody is able to resolve this!

I should not have to pay for your mistakes. I've spent HOURS speaking to so many different people and nobody is resolving an error which is YOUR side! You are in breach of the contractual price lock agreement we had in place and I want this resolved NOW and my money back or I am going to the Ombudsman and escalating every single person I spoke to too! Never experienced worse customer service in my life!
