Overcharging customers! Please check your invoices!
Be warned! Ever since signing up for their “Black Friday R799 promotion” I have never even once been debited R799. Dstv have always tried to take off more than a thousand rand a month from my account.
Various calls to customer care have fallen on deaf ears. I’m reaching my wits end with their service.
