Overcharging customer
Your company is a joke, I'm only paying for compact subscription but you keep on adding amounts I don't know and your agents can't even explain why am I being charged R790 for compact subscription. And you have a nerve to disconnect my services again this month, last month same thing happened. FIX THIS OR ELSE I'M CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION
