overcharging
Last month they disconnect me because I did not pay I understand so today i wanted to reconnect with dstv only to find out that instead of paying 279 +50 insurance they want me to pay 551 on which are they charging for . i tried talking to their consultant she just sending me a message please send us a proof of payment what for i wanted to understand why am I paying too much money.
