Overcharging and running a ****

i was over charged when i moved my dues date to the 2nd of every month, i still paid, now their stupid system and app say my payment is due 01/01/2018 instead of the correct 02/01/2018, and on top of that they are still charging me a re-connection fee of R50, i call in 3 times and i was told the charge is a system stupidity and it has been reversed, i checked my app still say payment due R539, i called again and was told it cannot be changed , come the 01/01/2018 the idiots will cutoff my services cause i will not pay on the 1st i will pay on the 2nd as i have already been charged the fee to move my payment date and i will not pay R539 cause my subscription is R489 which is also a ripoff cause i was sent a text which i deleted that stated that is i upgrade to compact plus i will pay R465 for the first 3 months but they only let me pay R465 for the first month then they flipped the script on me and said its now R489. and i deleted the SMS so it's their word against mine, which is funny cause my first subscription is clearly showing on their accounts as R465. but they still want me to send them proof. both the systems and people are ***********, can someone come up with a better run pay TV service PLEASE. to top it all i was over charged 2nd December i was supposed to ber charged R489 instead of the correct R465 and i called in several times and the customer service advisors said there was no such promotion but cause they are idiots with stupid systems they send me a message today saying the promotion is coming to an end, ************.

and they have not been an attempt from them to fix it or at least take ownship
