Overcharging and overpriced services
DStv (MultiChoice) is overcharging me with their ****py services. This has been happening for years now and I have been complaining. We seriously need ICASA and the Consumer National Commission to investigate this. We cannot have everyone complaining about the same company and about the same thing.

27 Aug 2024, 09:30I got a call from a Gracious who did not even know what she was talking bout. She did not even investigate and see what package I'm signed on and for how and how much I am supposed to pay. Yes I was very upset with her but I nicely asked her to go back and do her homework before calling me back. Unacceptable, just proves my point with this ****py company.
