Overcharging and false marketing

My dstv was disconnected because I didn't pay someone called me saying that they are from dstv they offering me a discount if I pay now I won't be paying next month and I paid .To my surprise my dstv is called again and they said I won't pay .when I call dstv they telling me people who are calling are selling false information and they can't do anything But where do they get our details sinces they are using your company for false information what are they doing about it.I want to cancel dstv completely I can't pay R350 for access
