Overcharging
<p>Multi choice, why do you guys charge me R605.97 for a Dstv compact? At 1st it was R590 now R605? Like really now? Ive made my compact payment on the 24th but now my service has been suspensed cos you want me to pay another R260.97 for reconnection...please sort this out</p>

Please note that your payment date is the 26th of every month, when you paid R345 on the 23rd of April you had an outstanding of R105.65. Therefore you had R268.35 left towards your subscription which wasn't enough to cover for your service till the 25th of May.
Please note that DStv Compact subscription is now R365 plus you were charged R50 reconnection fee since the service was disconnected.
To reconnect your service you need to pay R 248.80 see below :
DStv Compact Subscription R292.00
Reconnection Fee R50
Minus R-93.20 credit currently available, total due is R 248.80
Further please note that your payment must reach on or before your payment date to avoid disconnection and being charged R50 reconnection fee.
