Overcharging

I made a payment on the dstv app but have not watch this whole month. Every time i call i get charged a reconnection fee and the amount owed just gets higher and higher. I have been promised a call back by numerous agents but no one has the decency to even call back. No one from billings phone back but they say it has been escalated.
