Overcharging

Multichoice has been abusing me, By *****ing money from me ,wat are they doing to me is ***** business when I app**** for the dsv i was getting paid on the 25th I left the company 2016 and I called multichoice 2016 and 2017 requesting them to change my payment date as im no longer getting paid on the 25th they never did that,they keep on closing my dstv on the 27th which way am I supposed to notify them to change my date of payment to last day of the month. I think this is their way of making money out for me its 3 years now already. As I write this now my dstv is closed and i made a plan to pay in the morning Wat kind of business is this??
