Overcharges by DSTV
In September 2022, we agreed to a price-lock of R713 per month, fixed for 24 months. They charged me R836,99 at the end of October and again at the end of November. I have made 3 calls to rectify the problem and the agents are unable to assist me! The matter was supposedly escalated, but to date I have had no feedback and no resolution to the problem!
