Overcharged, Unreliable and bad
I am tired of calling and getting different information from your consultants, I am now charge R922.20 yet I'm on a family package. I had price lock, which I was told I could pay off and downgrade to my package of choice. Now things have changed, my latest ref is ***1-I1347. I need answers, you cannot be deducting so much, more especially month end of November yoh!
