Overcharged Pricelock debit order

PriceLock Refund- Customer was over debited on her ***.

DStv has overcharged us on our debit order that was deducted on 30 August. We normally pay between R950 to R1000. All of the sudden debit order deducted was R1456, we were overcharged for plus minus R500. I checked our August statement today and amount due reflects R606, yet when I check our balance it reflects as R845???????

We have logged numerous calls wrt to refund on overcharged amount not getting any feedback. Send numerous emails to Vuyokazi Tsotsa <*** and ***>

Call center initially advised that there was a problem with the debit order system they will refund me,I called back the second time and mycall was escalated apparently and she advised pricelock will contact me directly. Again no call received.

I called again the supervisor- Vuyokazi Tsotsa, send an email as well to pricelock, since then I have been trying to get hold of Vuyo , also no reply. I need a senior or manager that actually know what they are doing to get involved and contact us to resolve my issues.

I want my refund. We weren't consulted or informed that any additional payments or charges would apply and or any extra costs taken from my account in anyway at all.
