Overcharged on bill/ Guinea Feather County Lodge
On the 1/12 there was an amount of R 14326.00 deducted from out account.By mistake on their side they have charged us for 20 units ( decoders) instead of 12. I have sent them all the necessary information and they said the refund would be done in 7 working days. Since then, I have been contacting them several times ,with no respond on their promises.No refund yet. Our customer number is ***0. Can you please assist us in getting back our money.<br> Kind regards, Ester Bouwer
