Overcharged on access fee after installation of extra view

I installed explorer in March 2021 and added 1 extra views. Multi choice started charging me access fees if 105 twice. I called multiple times since June 2021 for them to fix my bill and refund refund me extra 105 I have been paying the whole year. They just promise to help but till today I received no help from them. Now when I look at my statement I see R105 times 3.
